Hopefully, this form will simplify the process of requesting shipping internationally. We don’t make any money at all on the shipping, but it is a time-consuming, manual process, as such I tend to do it in batches once or twice a week (more if I have the time), so please be patient. Our games are already very well protected when shipping within the UK but we take extra care when shipping internationally.

Shipping internationally generally costs between £6.80 and £23 depending on the level of cover, country, weight, etc. You may incur taxes and import fees, these are your responsibility not the responsibility of Travel-Games.co.uk.

If shipping costs are significantly different that the default shipping cost we may contact you for the outstanding amount, you have the right to a refund if you don’t want to pay the final shipping fees.

USA Customers and US Tarriffs. Importantly US Shipping is all sent duty paid (This is not currently possible for EU orders, but we are working towards it) so there should be no surprise tariffs or charges. These are now calculated at checkout on large orders there may be discrepancies if this is the case we will refund the difference or contact you about underpayments, again you have the right to a refund if you don’t wish to pay the final shipping price.

In some rare cases, we are not allowed to ship restricted games to some countries, without breaking contracts agreed with our suppliers (which we are not prepared to do).
