Shipping

We offer an upgrade to 48hr tracked delivery upgrade on orders over £60. Bendy Ltd can ship to virtually any address in the UK and currently use the Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri to deliver our goods at our discretion. For orders under £60 shipping costs start at £2.99. For international orders please contact us directly using the form.

£2.99 is for untracked 2nd class delivery with Royal Mail. We would recommend customers upgrade to '48hr Tracked Delivery' at checkout as this will improve how we can help should something go wrong. We reserve the right to upgrade the service you have ordered at our discretion.

When you place an order, we estimate in stock items will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. During times where fulfillment may be delayed due to illness or annual leave, an announcement will be made on the site’s main page and at checkout.

Cost’s associated with misrouting as a result of incorrect addressing by the customer may result in the customer being liable for any additional charges.

In rare circumstances some items may be unavailable, as the current stock status is approximate, we will notify you if this is the case.

Returns Policy

Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel or return your order for any reason. Goods must be returned to the address in our reply to your returns email and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. They must be returned in the condition they were delivered. They must not be opened and must have seals intact.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund earlier than this.
