Charge (IMPORT)
This game is Japanese but is language-independent and English rules are provided as PDF's if they are not within the box.
To win CHARGE, all players must use smart play and card abilities to make their way through the entire deck. To set up, place ten cards face down on the table as coins, then deal each player a hand of four cards. Each card has a number and letter on it, and most have an ability. On a turn, either: Play a card to the table. Use a card ability. When playing, if the table is empty, play any card; if a card is on the table, your card must have the same letter as or a number that's not greater than the card in play. Flip the card already in play face down as a coin, discarding it if ten coins are already in play. To use an ability, place the card in front of you, discard coins equal to the number on the card, carry out the ability, then discard it. Abilities include clearing the table, discarding a card from hand, revealing a card in hand, exchanging cards with another player, and using the ability of the table card. Refill your hand to four cards. If players play out all the cards in the deck and their hands, they win.
