Salty (IMPORT)

Sale Price:£36.00 Original Price:£38.00
sold out

This game is Japanese but is language-independent and English rules are provided as PDFS.

Get the "just right" number of seasonings that go well with your chosen dish. However, the salinity (number) that can win tricks will change, so be careful!

Game overview

Salty is a trick taking game where each player must follow the seasoning card played by the previous player.

After looking at the seasoning (suit) majority of the cards, the card with the closest salt content (rank) to the number of salt cubes left on the seasoning rack wins the trick.

If there are multiple similar ranks, the one with the smaller number wins.

If the rank is the same, judge by the salt concentration (strength) of the seasoning. Strength in order of salt > sauce > ketchup > mayonnaise.

Example) When the salt cube is "4". The closest salinity card is "4", but if there is no card, "3.5" is the strongest, followed by "4.5". If there are two "3.5" cards, "salt" and "ketchup", the player who put out the "salt" card in the salt concentration wins.

The round ends when all cards are gone.

Refer to your cooking card (expected number of acquisitions) and acquired cubes (number and color) to calculate your score. If you can get the perfect number for your chosen dish, you will get a high score!

Be careful not to take too much salt! Too much seasoning is a negative point...!

Play as many rounds as you can and the player with the highest score wins.
