This game is Japanese but is language-independent and English rules are provided as PDF's if they are not within the box.
Players are dealt a two-card hand each, and two cards are revealed for everyone in the center of the table. Then each player chooses three cards among the four available (two in hand and two on the table), to make the strongest combination they can to get the highest total power and win.
The twist is that the player will be offered a choice with betting tokens! Your position in the round might have a big impact on how much you win or lose! Every bet you make grants you victory points or make you lose some victory points depending how strong your hand really was.
